Rachael Brunger, LLPC (She/Her)

I believe that we all have an innate drive toward mind-body wellness. Sometimes, we hit speed bumps or roadblocks along this path. My therapeutic goal is to help you navigate this journey toward wholeness.

I completed a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Siena Heights University in 2022. My background as a licensed massage therapist and certified yoga teacher allows me a unique perspective on the interconnectedness of the mind and body. I firmly believe that to achieve our highest potential, we must examine the obstacles that impact body, mind, and community. I am committed to assisting you in overcoming your personal roadblocks as well working toward a more socially just and equitable society.
